'Refined' typeface

For our graphic design course we had to choose a typeface where you could find a flaw or something that is inconsistent. I looked at futura and I thought that some letters are a little bit too sharp. For instance, the capitol letter M is very sharp at the top and in the middle. I changed it in Illustrator. But When I change the M, I have to change all the letters with this sharp edges. So that is what I did. I'm not shure if the typeface has become a better typeface. When I was finished I came to the conclusion that I didn't change some little flaws, I had created a typeface that was a different typeface in essence. See for yourself!
